Two adults arrested after seven-month investigation into video of 14-year-old inside Jacksonville strip club

Arrests follow investigation sparked by a social media video
Two adults have been arrested in Jacksonville after an investigation into allegations that a 14-year-old was taken inside a strip club and provided alcohol. The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office said its Special Assault Unit opened the case after receiving a video circulating on social media that appeared to show the teenager inside a club on Beach Boulevard.
Investigators said the inquiry lasted about seven months and focused on events alleged to have occurred in April 2025. The teen’s parents were not aware of the trip to the club, police said.
What police say happened, and what the charges allege
Police identified Ricky Clark, 36, as the person who allegedly brought the minor to the strip club. Clark was arrested on Jan. 24, 2026, on a misdemeanor charge of contributing to the delinquency or dependency of a child, a Florida offense that covers acts that encourage or contribute to a child becoming delinquent or dependent.
Aylin Poorhamzeh, 23, is accused of providing the teenager with multiple alcoholic drinks while inside the club. Police said witnesses reported seeing the teen heavily intoxicated that evening. Poorhamzeh turned herself in on Feb. 2, 2026, and was booked on two charges: contributing to the delinquency or dependency of a child and felony child abuse under Florida law.
- Ricky Clark, 36: contributing to the delinquency or dependency of a child (misdemeanor)
- Aylin Poorhamzeh, 23: contributing to the delinquency or dependency of a child (misdemeanor) and child abuse (felony)
Club response and unresolved regulatory questions
When the allegations surfaced publicly in 2025, an attorney representing the club said management had reviewed available security video and found no indication that a minor entered the establishment, adding that the club had no information suggesting a 14-year-old was inside.
As of the most recent arrests, police have not announced charges against the business itself, and the sheriff’s office has said the investigation remains ongoing. That leaves open key questions likely to be scrutinized as the case develops, including how age verification was handled at the entrance, whether staff recognized signs of underage presence or intoxication, and whether any administrative enforcement actions will follow under city, county, or state oversight of alcohol service and adult entertainment venues.
The sheriff’s office said the case remains open while detectives continue gathering evidence and interviewing witnesses.
What happens next
The criminal allegations will move through the court system, where prosecutors must prove the elements of each charge beyond a reasonable doubt. Investigators’ statements indicate the case relies on digital evidence, witness accounts of the teen’s condition, and the sequence of events leading to and inside the club. Additional arrests or charges are possible if authorities determine others played a role in bringing the minor into the venue or in providing alcohol.
