New Regulatory Notice: Dog-Friendly Patio Permits
Following the recent approval of a city ordinance, Jacksonville restaurants may now officially apply for permits to allow dogs on outdoor patios. To be in compliance with the new local regulations, business owners must submit a two-page application to the Planning Department. Requirements include:
