One Tower Court is the name used for the six-story office building previously marketed as One Shipyards Place. The address change followed city action that renamed Shipyards Place to Tower Court and assigned “1 Tower Court” as the Jaguars’ corporate office address.

Project materials and permits describe a Class A office structure of roughly 137,000 square feet, with retail and amenity space on the ground floor and multi-tenant office floors above. The Jaguars are slated to occupy three floors, while other space is marketed to additional tenants.
